an early vivienne westwood birthday present

Ahhh! It's my birthday on the 12th May and well, my Mum already bought my main gift months ago. I went home for Mothers Day and she got so excited I was there and didn't want it to be 'wasted' sitting in her cupboard so she decided to give it to me then and there so I could get some use out of them. Luckily for me, my family know me incredibly well and they got me two gifts from Vivienne Westwood!



Eeeee! I was so so excited. The first gift was this gorgeous orb choker:





I already have the classic orb necklace, which you can probably see in every single post as I never take it off, and my Mum picked this choker to give me more of a nightout option. It's way chunkier, proper punk and definitely my necklace of choice to team with my leather bomber on gig nights out!

Then the second gift...:





This gorgeous tartan purse! Over Christmas I had my purse stolen in London and it was a really plush Ted Baker purse that i'd had since I was about 18. I was devastated so Mum picked me out this beautiful tartan purse to replace the other one I miss so dearly.





Gosh I love it so so much! I am very lucky, although i've ruined my birthday a little bit I really don't mind, and i'm so thrilled for such lovely gifts. If you've been reading TLL for a while you'd know how much I heart Vivienne and these are both gorgeous welcome additions to my collection!
